Comprehensive Returns & Exchanges Policy for Kittyfest

At Kittyfest, we are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy, we’re here to help with returns and exchanges in accordance with our policy.

Returns 

You have 31 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

Exchanges

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. The timing of the refund depends on your payment provider’s policies.

Shipping Costs

You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.
